From 115kg and overweight to 3:13 Marathon runner

When I started my running journey, never in my wildest dreams did I think I would become a marathon runner—let alone complete it in 3:13. The road wasn't easy, but it started here with this plan, and YOU can do the same.

Abs are definitely made in the kitchen, no doubt about it. But it wasn't until I started following a structured plan of running and lifting that I finally gained more freedom around food. The caloric requirements to fuel your training are higher, which makes it easier to nourish your body without feeling restricted.
